We started the opening of the Fukuoka Ruby Award 2011 Competition which commends innovative system
and new business model superior activities that used Ruby.

which developed within the past 1 year.

3)Encouraging Award (Up to 3 Awards)  *for only enterprises in Fukuoka Certificate of Commendation
